About Daniel Johnson
Early Beginings
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, amidst a bustling household of nine siblings, my passion for construction was nurtured from an early age. Spending weekends assisting my father, a civil engineer, in various building projects around our family home instilled in me a deep-seated interest in the field.
At just 16, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey by establishing a local lawn mowing business, catering to the needs of numerous families and acquaintances in our community. Following my high school graduation, I pursued a four-year carpentry apprenticeship with a reputable renovation and addition building firm located on Sydney’s North Shore. Concurrently, I dedicated my evenings to furthering my knowledge by pursuing a Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
Work Experience
Upon completing my apprenticeship and certification, I seized the opportunity to broaden my skill set by delving into the administrative and project management aspects of the industry. Over the next six years, I balanced full-time employment with part-time studies, ultimately earning a degree in Construction Management.
Transitioning into the commercial sector, I honed my expertise while working with industry giants such as Brookfield Multiplex and Lend Lease. Armed with invaluable experience and a thirst for innovation, I ventured into entrepreneurship once again in 2016, establishing Immaculate Homes—a luxury building company specializing in high-end renovations and additions.
Becoming an Investor
Today, my entrepreneurial endeavors have flourished into a thriving empire encompassing five companies, all under the esteemed Immaculate brand. Recently, our commitment to excellence was recognized with nominations for prestigious MBA and HIA awards in the Renovation and Additions category.
A staunch advocate for growth and personal development, I find fulfillment not only in my professional achievements but also in my role as a devoted husband and father of three. Celebrating 14 years of marriage to my best friend, our journey together spans over two decades, marked by unwavering support and shared aspirations.
